Route Information

  • The 5k route is relatively flat on mainly tree lined paved surfaces.
  • Max. elevation change over 5k is 10 metres.
  • The 10k route is 2 x 5k route.
  • The courses are certified by Athletics Canada (OH-2014-010-BDC).
  • Water Stations are located at strategic locations along the route. (2.5k, 5k, 7.5k and Finish)
